Our Specialized Cleaning Process
Every rug follows a customized cleaning plan based on fiber type, construction, contamination level, and overall condition. Our process is designed to safely remove dry soil, deep contamination, and residues while protecting the integrity of your textile.
Inspection, Fiber ID, Dye Testing
Every rug is carefully evaluated before cleaning begins
We identify fiber type, inspect overall condition, UV inspection for any contamination, and preform dye stability testing to determine the safest cleaning approach
Deep Cleaning & Decontamination
The cleaning method is selected based on what the rug actually needs.
Whether the process involves specialty washing, controlled deep extraction, or full submersion washing, the goal is a true deep clean—not surface-level cleaning.
Dry Soil & Dust Removal
Dry soil must be removed before washing.
Embedded dust, grit, and debris are removed from both sides of the rug to help protect fibers and allow for a deeper, more effective clean.
Controlled Drying
Proper drying is critical to protecting delicate textiles.
Rugs are moved into a controlled drying environment to support safe moisture removal and protect the integrity of the fibers.
Costumized Cleaning Plan
No two rugs are treated exactly the same.
Based on fiber, construction, contamination, and condition, we determine the safest and most effective cleaning method for that specific textile.
Final Grooming & Inspection
The finishing details matter.
Each rug receives final grooming, inspection, and quality checks before being prepared for pickup or delivery.
