Flawless! I thought I had given them their biggest challenge, and they took it on like it was ‘not a problem.’ They back their promises by consistently showing excellence in their cleaning and repairing. One of my carpets had pounds of dirt and sand. They take the time needed to care for handmade, even rare and/or extremely old carpets; as in my case. Trustworthy !!!!
